teressa macbeth

Teressa completed her studies at Auckland University and Harvard Business School and is a qualified solicitor in England, Wales, Bermuda and New Zealand.

Before returning to New Zealand in 2023,  Teressa worked for over 20 years in London and Bermuda in the corporate and project finance space.  She joined Vince & Rice in April 2025 following a long term secondment as interim general counsel for HSBC NZ from the corporate and institutional banking team at Chapman Tripp.
